The 9R coaching model we have developed is based on several years of coaching research within an organisational context. It draws on many influences, including performance coaching and is designed specifically for the line manager. Our aim is to increase the impact of the leader in terms of their own performance and the performance of those around them, whether issues relate to individual, team or strategic challenges.
