Mike is a client focused learning and development professional with eighteen years commercial and international experience. He has successfully led teams in a wide variety of organisations within the private, public and not for profit sectors. The early years of his career were spent in the construction and civil engineering industry. Consequently Mike understands the need for any investment in learning and development and/or organisational change to add value within your business.

Mike has a breadth of experience within the field of coaching and development. Having worked for a number of distinctive consultancies, he offers a wide range of learning approaches, ensuring that our clients’ needs can always be met.

Clients who work with Mike find him to be professional, clear thinking and somebody who is keen to find the right solution for their organisation. Delegate feedback, from a range of coaching and development interventions, suggest that Mike’s style is direct and challenging whilst at the same time being considered and respectful.

Mike is passionate about driving high performance within organisations through people and more effective behaviours. His other passion is skiing. This year he will be attempting to ski to the top of Western Europe's highest mountain, Mont Blanc.
