
Internationally recognised HR Consultant and Executive Coach with expert knowledge and a wealth of experience of implementing leadership and employee development strategies. Paul has extensive experience of leading teams in sales and customer service functions and a strong track record of success as an Operations and HR executive in the financial services sector.
Whilst working in the corporate sector Paul was recognised as Best International HR Executive (2004), Top 40 UK HR Power Players List (2005 and 2006), Top 100 Most Influential UK HR Directors List (2006 and 2007) and HR UK Director of the Year Award Finalist (2006).
Since moving into HR Consultancy and Performance Coaching in 2006 Paul has worked with several leading companies and academic institutions on strategic people activities including HR strategy, cultural change, employee engagement, leadership development, diversity and customer service. He is in demand as a keynote speaker on a range of HR and people development topics. Paul is also a Non Executive Board member of the Shropshire Housing Group.
Paul is passionate about life long learning and is aiming to complete a seven year PhD organisational coaching research study later this year.
