This thought provoking session will be facilitated by our Director, Paul Turner, who led the HR team of the West Bromwich Building Society over a decade of outstanding success. Paul will share his ‘hands on’ experiences of developing and implementing a leadership coaching culture as well as providing insights from his PhD research study on organisational coaching.  

 

This half-day seminar is aimed at HR professionals and senior managers who are looking to find out more about implementing a coaching programme in their own organisation.  The format is a mix of presentation and facilitated problem-solving sessions.
